Tesup is Planning to Manufacture Solar Panels and Wind Turbine Charge Controllers in the UK!
What is a Solar Energy Panel?
Amongst the renewable energy sources, solar energy panels are one of the most frequently used. Since the sun, which is not dependent on weather conditions such as rain and wind, offers a clear usage opportunity thanks to the fact that it rises in the morning and sets in the evening.
Solar energy panels convert the heat and light from the sun into usable electrical energy and ensure the operation of all devices used in homes and workplaces. The cells on the solar energy panels create direct current by incorporating the sun's rays. Depending on the area of use and the amount of energy desired to be obtained, the panels used are connected to each other in series or parallel to convert the direct current into electrical energy.
How long have they been in our lives and for what are they used?
Solar energy is a not-so-new technology that has been used in wristwatches and calculators since ancient times. Small solar cells in wristwatches can produce enough energy to run the watch. The fact that the calculators work for years without changing their batteries is ensured by the fact that they produce energy with solar energy.
Solar panels can be used for many purposes, mainly electricity and heat generation. Solar energy also is used to supply the electricity needs of satellites sent to space by humanity.
Solar panels can be used in homes, shopping malls, and workplaces. Or, to meet the energy and water needs of an industry or a town, solar power plants are installed and many solar panels are placed in areas that receive sunlight throughout the day. Municipalities in many cities are establishing solar power plants to meet the electricity and hot water needs of public buildings and residential areas. Worldwide, it is known that there are systems installed even on highways for energy production from solar panels.
As TESUP we know how important the solar panels are. Within this perspective we are manufacturing the most efficient solar panels:
Glass-fibre reinforced plastic in front and behind the cells, soil-resistant surface enables high efficiency.
It is perfect for permanent or portable outdoor use to provide free electricity for charging batteries or inverters to power various applications.
The panel is ideal for building walls, curved roofs, boats, caravans, motorhomes, RVs etc.
It can easily fit the shape of any surface. It can be fitted in many ways to different applications; using self-tapping screws, glue or DST (Double-sided Tapes).
High resistance to the saltwater environment with a sealed waterproof design makes this flexible solar panel perfect for boats and marine applications.
A specially textured surface is used in production and significantly reduces the light reflection and improves performance in low light and cloudy conditions.
So you don’t need to worry about the sunny weather! The TESUP flexible solar panel with 21% efficiency and an area of 1 m2 will produce 205 W at Standard Test Conditions (irradiance of 1000 W/m2), but it can produce more when the sun is high in the sky and will produce less in cloudy conditions or when the sun is low in the sky.
What is a charge controller?
Charge controllers are devices that charge the electric current from wind energy to the battery in a controlled manner, day or night, in electricity generation systems with wind energy. Generally, it regulates a certain AC voltage as a certain DC voltage and transmits the current to the relevant places. These related places are either a battery circuit or an electronic device that works with dc current.
The Wind Turbine Charge Controller balances the incoming current and voltage. It sends this current to the batteries for a certain period of time until the batteries are full. It cuts off the current after the batteries are full. Thus, . In this way it does not overcharge the batteries and the life of the batteries will be longer.
TESUP manufactures the world’s best wind turbine charge controller with fully automatic wind turbine protection and a manual emergency brake on it:
One of the most advanced charge controllers in the market today.
Unlike other controllers, these multipurpose devices are designed to work with TESUP wind generators plus other 12V - 24V - 48V wind turbines.
This charge controller converts AC (Alternating Current) to DC (Direct Current) and controls battery and inverter charging as adjusted.
The TESUP wind turbine charge controller is a single device for upto 5KW power management.
Voltage can be adjusted via a potentiometer on the CC (Charge Controller).
Load is dissipated at built-in resistances once the batteries are full.
There are two connection options available: Wind turbine > Charge controller > Battery and Wind turbine > Charge controller > Grid inverter
What is new?
As you know TESUP manufactures flexible solar panels and wind turbine charge controllers in Europe and now we are planning to manufacture them in London, England also.
Since TESUP headquarters is in London, we are more than happy to manufacture our flexible solar panels and wind turbine charge controllers in London.
Please stay tuned to see “Made in London, England” on them!
